Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Globe Telecom is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Pasig, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our valued clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and brand loyalty. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent people management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 9. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
