Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Resellee is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and energetic.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and support to customers - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Adaptable and energetic personality traits
