Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Representative at Shopee Philippines, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely. Your main duty will be to address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist customers with order processing, refunds, and product inquiries.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently - Assist customers with order processing and product inquiries - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Stay up to date on company products and services - Meet customer service performance targets - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment is a plus
