Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Jollibee Foods Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role will be performed remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level professionals with 0 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
