Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in creating and updating support documentation and resources - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively in a remote team environment - Analytical mindset to effectively troubleshoot and solve customer issues - Previous experience in customer support or a related field - Proficiency in using customer support tools and software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
