Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


FlySpaces, a leading online marketplace for flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Manila, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to users via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with booking flexible workspace solutions through the FlySpaces platform. 4. Conduct research and provide customers with detailed information about available workspace options. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong people management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. 7. Strong research skills. 8. Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
