Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job description:


Revolution Precrafted is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for customers experiencing difficulties with our products. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate departments. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends in order to provide the best support to customers. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 6. Innovation and critical thinking skills. 7. Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
