Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

First Circle is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, with entry-level seniority and a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat to our clients. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and multitask effectively. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
