Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, size guidance, and order processing 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers 7. Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers via chat 2. Critical thinking skills to effectively problem-solve customer inquiries and issues 3. Resourceful and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with grace 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment 5. No prior experience required – we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team
