Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is looking for a motivated and experienced Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Utilize persuasion skills to promote products or services to customers when appropriate - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs - Strong persuasion skills to successfully promote products or services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
