Job Description:
We are looking for a remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Gcash. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform and ensuring a seamless and effective communication channel with our customers. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and timely responses - Develop and implement guidelines and best practices for live chat interactions - Monitor chat logs and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to enhance the live chat platform - Provide training and coaching to live chat agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Implement KPIs and metrics to track performance and monitor team efficiency
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat management role - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
