Job Description:
Monde Nissin is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat agents, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 2. Monitor live chat conversations to guarantee accuracy, professionalism, and timely responses. 3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the chat platform for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to live chat performance and customer service. 5. Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service, marketing, and IT, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for live chat agents to enhance their customer service skills and product knowledge. 7. Generate reports and present findings to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage team members. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 6. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
