Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Sprout Solutions is seeking a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat system and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat support - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Reliable and proactive with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively train and motivate a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management systems - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
