Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team at Kumu. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Taguig, NCR, PH, with an entry-level seniority level and a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat -Resolve customer issues efficiently and in a timely manner -Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers -Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes -Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members -Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements: -Possess strong problem-solving skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Hardworking and driven personality -Leadership skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Previous experience in customer service or a related field -Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM software
