Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team at Solaire Resort & Casino. This is a part-time remote position based in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming live chat inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our services, promotions, and offerings - Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Reliable and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
