Live Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a highly motivated and driven Live Chat Representative to join our remote team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to think innovatively to provide top-notch customer support through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response time
