Job Description:
Saphron, a leading technology company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. This is a remote work position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through our live chat platform - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in communication and service delivery - Document and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis
Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in using technology and software applications for live chat support - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
