Homebase is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our remote team based in Davao City, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain thorough records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Reliable and hardworking attitude - High school diploma or equivalent required
