Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assist customers with account-related issues, payment inquiries, and other concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Monitor chat traffic and respond to customer queries in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
