Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Cloudstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our clients. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. This is a remote work opportunity based in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product questions, technical support, billing inquiries, and account management. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 4. Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently. 5. Proficiency in project management and multitasking. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 8. Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools.
