Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. We are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who possesses excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes - Handle client inquiries via email or phone - Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our system - Assist with invoicing and billing processes - Collaborate with team members on various projects - Maintain client records and documentation - Provide general office support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required) - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
