Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from home with flexible hours. As an Associate Level employee, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by managing client communications and handling inquiries - Assist with account-related administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Help maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support as needed - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues - Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to drive business growth


Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic individual with a positive attitude - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent cooperation skills to work well with team members and clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
