Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, however, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role are preferred.


Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in maintaining client accounts and relationships - Provide administrative support such as organizing files, processing invoices, and responding to client inquiries - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient client service delivery - Conduct research and compile data for reports as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives


Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
