Remote Account Support Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, the Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients with account-related inquiries and issues. 2. Educate clients on our services, products, and offerings. 3. Maintain client records and account information accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. 6. Assist in managing and organizing client data and documentation. 7. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or account support. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 6. Familiarity with home health care services is a plus. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
