Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account support. The ideal candidate should possess strong planning and time management skills, be reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote account support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and time management abilities - Reliable and independent work ethic - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
