Remote Account Support Associate

Job description:

Humble Sustainability, a leading sustainability consulting firm, is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals who are looking to gain experience in the sustainability industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients through email, phone, and other communication channels - Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Conduct research and analysis to support client needs and provide recommendations - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client satisfaction - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients - Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong research and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Interest in sustainability and environmental issues is a plus
