Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Remote Account Support Associate to join our team at Hilton in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to account holders via phone and email. 2. Assist with resolving account-related issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating account information and processing payments. 4. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to handle sensitive customer situations effectively. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive account information. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 5. Experience in customer service or account support is preferred. 6. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes. 7. Demonstrated resourcefulness in finding solutions to challenges.
