Kumu is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and assisting with account management tasks. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Assist with setting up and managing customer accounts - Conduct research to resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
