Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with zero years of experience who are resourceful and motivated to support our accounts from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Manage and update client account information accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client concerns - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with clients and provide exceptional customer service - Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend improvements to account processes - Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in account management
