Account Support Associate - Work from home

HealthNow is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key client accounts - Assist with client onboarding and training - Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Assist with project management and coordination of account activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and energetic attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills - Demonstrated ability to cooperate with others to achieve common goals
