Job Description:
DMCI is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks from the comfort of your own home. This position is based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, phone, or chat to provide assistance with their accounts. 2. Update client account information and ensure accuracy in all records. 3. Assist in resolving client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure all client needs are met. 5. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and provide recommendations for improved account management. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients. 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer service. 3. Strong critical thinking and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Reliable internet connection and home office setup. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
