Account Support Associate - Work from home

Altitude Games is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Account Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home in Davao City, Davao, PH. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Process orders, refunds, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure - Proven track record of successful time management and organizational skills - Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
