As a Remote Account Support Manager at First Circle located in Pasig, NCR, Philippines, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, addressing any account-related inquiries or issues. - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions. - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights from clients to improve our products and services. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver exceptional service. - Conduct presentations and trainings for clients, demonstrating the value of our services and products.
Requirements: - Proven experience in account management or customer support, with a strong understanding of financial services. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. - Resilient and hardworking mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Demonstrated creativity in developing solutions and addressing client needs. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
