Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


mClinica is seeking a passionate and energetic Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our remote accounts.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with remote clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product support, training, and troubleshooting for remote clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to remote accounts - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Track key account metrics and provide regular reports to management - Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within remote accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account management strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a remote support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
