Job Description:
Plentina is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have at least 7 years of experience in account support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies to achieve company goals. 3. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations for current and prospective clients. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable mindset with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent research skills to gather and analyze information. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 4. 7 years of experience in account support or a related field. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
