Account Support Manager

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience, the Account Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and business development efforts.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. 2. Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. 3. Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to capitalize on them. 4. Provide timely and accurate reports on account activity and sales forecasts. 5. Proactively address any customer issues or concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to deliver integrated solutions for customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insight and recommendations for business growth.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in key account management and business development. 3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 5. Demonstrated leadership and creativity in problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus.
