Job Description - Account Support Manager


Job Description:


ChatGenie is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer support. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and promote additional services or products. 3. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client success and revenue growth. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. 5. Analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, offering strategic recommendations for improvement. 6. Lead negotiations with clients on contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and pricing adjustments. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams. 8. Effectively communicate client feedback and requirements to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement of products and services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related role. 3. Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets. 4. Strong negotiation skills and experience in strategic account planning. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Resourceful, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. 7. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
