Account Support Manager

Job Description: Pushkart.ph is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to develop and implement strategies to grow our business and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Work closely with sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities for growth and work with the team to develop action plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables - Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategy

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in an account management or sales role - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and negotiation skills - Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
