Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team at Penshoppe in Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts, including maintaining accurate records and tracking progress - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and proactively offer solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes - Analyze client data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services - Assist in the development of account strategies and business development initiatives - Provide regular updates to management on client status and feedback
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
