Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team. This part-time position is based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role who is motivated, dedicated, and possesses excellent project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters. 2. Provide support to clients in utilizing our platform effectively and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. 3. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. 5. Prepare and deliver regular presentations to clients on portfolio performance and new features. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve account support services. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and drive overall customer success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related role. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Willingness to work remotely and independently.
