Job Description: Xepto Computing is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. 4. Analyze client data and metrics to drive strategic planning and decision-making. 5. Lead regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review performance, address concerns, and provide updates on Xepto Computing's products and services. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on client account status to senior management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management and client support, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact. 7. Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus.
