Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


HealthNow, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies and action plans. 4. Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 5. Provide timely and accurate reports on account performance, including financial metrics and project status updates. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to proactively address client needs. 7. Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance overall customer experience. 8. Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and partnerships.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Resilient and reliable with the ability to work well under pressure. 6. Innovative thinker with a passion for research and continuous learning. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
