Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Workbean in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Understand each client's goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Assist with onboarding new clients and training them on our products and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer service - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change quickly - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
