Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team at Kumu. As a part-time role located in Makati, NCR, PH, this position is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in a similar role at the mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be resourceful, and resilient in handling customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts - Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues - Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in account management or client support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance
