Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Globe Telecom is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee with at least 8 years of experience in account management, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts remotely.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and virtual meetings - Understand the clients' needs and provide solutions to address them - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management - Act as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Develop account plans and strategies to grow business opportunities - Identify new business prospects and sales opportunities within existing accounts - Provide timely and accurate reports on account activity and performance


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in account management or a related field - Independent and self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and independently
