Job Description:
Homebase is seeking a talented Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Taguig, NCR, PH. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement - Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, present reports, and gather feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide informed insights to clients - Assist in the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively - Skilled in creating and delivering professional presentations to clients and stakeholders - A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
