Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is looking for a talented Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and preferences - Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in people management and team collaboration - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
