Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a talented Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in account management or customer support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and motivated to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Work closely with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide support and guidance to customers on product usage and features - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Persuasion and problem-solving skills are essential - Experience working remotely and managing virtual teams is a plus
