Job Description:
FlySpaces, a leading online marketplace for flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to work from home in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to effectively support and exceed their expectations. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients and provide regular progress reports to ensure ongoing communication and transparency. 5. Resolve any client issues or challenges in a timely manner, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, conducting research to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. 7. Use negotiation skills to secure contract renewals and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts. 8. Provide training and support to clients on using FlySpaces' platform and services effectively. 9. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the B2B sector. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to negotiate effectively and research market trends. 7. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 9. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is preferred.
