Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Cloudstaff is currently seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Davao City, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management or client services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our valuable clients.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships - Analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Track key account metrics and provide regular reporting to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to advise clients on strategies for growth and success - Handle any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to find solutions - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in the IT industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Hardworking and motivated personality traits - Negotiation and innovation soft skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
